Flavour Packed Rubs For Your Spit Roast

To ensure that your roast is flavoursome and easy on your palate, we have provided some yummy rubs to add to your meat. Preparing your roast beforehand allows for all the flavours to absorb into your meat while adding to the tenderness of your roast.

3 Delicious Rubs For Your Spit Roasts

  • Spicy Rub
    All you need is 2 tsp of ground cumin, ¼ tsp of chilli flakes, ¼ cup of chopped coriander and ¼ cup of white vinegar.
  • Mustard, Orange and Honey Rub
    Before placing your meat on the coals, rub your roast with salt, pepper, seeded mustard and dried mixed herbs before you start roasting.
  • Peppercorns and Garlic Rub
    Combine green peppercorns, crushed garlic, crushed dried black peppercorns, 2 tsp of oil, ground cumin and ground coriander.

Bring out the inner roasting chef and hire one of our roasting machines. We also offer loin packages. Whether you fancy pork, lamb or mixed spit roasts, we’ve got you covered. Our packages also come with rolls, sauces and experienced chefs. We work closely with our clients to ensure all their catering needs and requirements have been met.

You may be happy to know that we also sell charcoal spit roast machines. They are efficient and very cost effective. After use, it must be washed and can be stored in a small area. We offer full training to customers who purchase machines from us.
