Pork loin or lamb loin roasts are the ideal catering option for events of just under 100 people. We specialise in making succulent slow cooked spit roasts for events across London. Whole spit roasts are generally a cheaper alternative to a traditional hog roast and cook quicker.

A spit roast is a perfect way to cater for a smaller party and is by far our most popular option. The spit roasts are cooked over charcoal and ready to in just four hours, far quicker than a full hog. A spit roast allows us to serve a mixture of meats – lamb and pork – at the same time.

All of our spit roast packages include an experienced chef to ‘Cook, Carve & Serve’, bread rolls, sauces, serving tables, a gazebo and most importantly your choice of meat.

A spit roast can provide all of the flavour of a whole hog event in a quicker more convenient time frame.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. We arrive FOUR hours before serving.
  2. After our initial set up, the roast takes about 2.5 hours to be cooked on the spit roast.
  3. Our experienced chef will take 1 hour to cut the meat from the bone.
  4. We recommend serving the roast straight from the machine to keep it nice and warm.
  5. We clean and clear away, leaving you to enjoy your event.
