Sometimes it’s just not possible for Big Roast‘s chefs to arrive 7 hours before serving time for a Hog Roast or 4 hours before a Spit.
This can be for a variety of reasons but usually because a venue has been booked for a separate event during the day before our client’s event in the evening and therefore we can’t arrive early.
When there are access issues like this and as we cook all our Hog Roasts fresh onsite, the Barbecue option is a great alternative.
A Barbecue takes less than 30 minutes to set up as everything is cooked ‘ on the spot ‘ within a set serving time of perhaps an hour.
We offer top quality burgers, cheese burgers, sausages and chicken-skewers and just like our Hog Roasts we use only free range meat products sourced from British suppliers.
Our burgers and sausages are served in lovely fresh soft floury baps and rolls and come with a choice of sauces.
The chicken-skewers are sourced from free-range poultry farms and offer, with a little salad, a healthier, lighter option for those concerned about such things.
