Pork Loin Roasts are one of our most popular party catering options. This blog on a pork loin event will hopefully give you an idea of what you can expect when you decide to use Big Roast.
Last Saturday we did an event in the High Gate area in North London and although the weather was fighting us every step of the way we still managed to deliver a perfect loin roast on time. The event was for about 35 guests and the garden was just big enough for us to set up our gazebo which turned out to be a lucky stroke of fate as the weather started to close in. Our chef Steve set up all his cooking equipment and set about getting the 3 pork loins cooked which generally takes 3-4 hours. Just as the pork was approaching being ready to eat the weather took a turn for the worse and the heavens opened!
As our chef battled through the bad weather (aided greatly by one of our custom gazebos) with a few brave spectators the time finally came to serve the loins. The serving table was laid out with salads, rolls, sauces and of course the perfectly roasted pork loins. The rain may have stop people watching the meat cook but no amount of rain could stop them eating the modern day feast Big Roast had prepared.
After the serving and eating had finished we cleaned up everything we bought with us and made sure our customer was happy with food. With another happy customer in the bag and as the rain and the party continued Big Roast left into the night ready for another busy week of Pork Loin Roast events ahead.
