Manuel arrived and set up on time with minimum of fuss and served the most delicious pork loin and lamb roasts - the pork and bbq sauce/gravy was especially good along with the crackling. Would highly recommend for any large party

Chef Joe did a great job and was very friendly. Food was delicious and was a great addition to the day. People loved watching it cooking throughout the afternoon. Everyone had a healthy portion and just enough left overs after. Joe packed away quickly and left a very clean area. Would highly recommend.

Both hog and salads were delicious with very generous portions. And the vegetarian options were equally as tasty. Their exit was neat and discreet and left us with no mess, only leftovers! Emma was very responsive to our many email queries. On the day, Klodi our chef turned up 4 hours before to set up and cook the meat . Klodi was very professional and courteous throughout the day. The food was fantastic and our guests all loved it. Klodi was very good at communicating about how we would want the food to be served during the event. After an hour of food service, Klodi completely packed up the gear very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use and recommend Big Roast!

Virginia Morris2019-08-1350th Wedding Anniversary I was tasked to organise my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary - They had lived in Australia for almost 50 years but came from our Kingston area. Wanting to book a local company, I trusted in Big Roast to deliver. I must admit I was nervous as my initial phone calls only reached an answer phone but later that day, Emma called me straight back. I had a meeting with Ricky to further ease any fears I had, and Emma was in constant e-mail and phone contact with me. On the day, the boys, Michael and Leon were turned up 15 minutes early and left half an hour after they could have gone. The service was magnificent throughout the day and the food was delicious and reasonably priced when all things were weighed up. Go for it, go Big Roast!

Just a quick note to say thank you for your help and everything went really well on Saturday night! Unfortunately the weather was not so great so we served the food in the kitchen but that was fine, everyone loved it! Brownies were amazing and the small amount of potato salad and coleslaw that was left I have been enjoying the last couple of days!

Just to say thank you for the really delicious food yesterday. Nev was great and so calm and professional, our three pork loins were truly delicious with succulent meat and tonnes of crackling, and the set up and service was faultless.
From first enquiry to final clear up the service provided was excellent. Emma answered all our questions and advised on the menu. She was very helpful throughout. On the day Ervan, the chef, was very punctual, despite having to come half way round the M25. He set the BBQ up and cooked the pork and lamb roasts to perfection. The food was served dead on time and then Ervan cleared away very efficiently. As the host I was late going for my food only to find that he had saved portions of both meats for me all neatly foil wrapped- very thoughtful.
I can't fault the service or food and would recommend the Big Roast to anyone organising an event for friends or family.
