Just to say thank you for the really delicious food yesterday. Nev was great and so calm and professional, our three pork loins were truly delicious with succulent meat and tonnes of cracking, and the set up and service was faultless.

Just a quick note to say thank you for your help and everything went really well on Saturday night! Unfortunately
the weather was not so great so we served the food in the kitchen but that was fine, everyone loved it! Brownies
were amazing and the small amount of potato salad and coleslaw that was left I have been enjoying the last couple
of days.

The chef arrived on time (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name, I think it was Nev) with his son to help him.
They were very polite and helpful and got on with sorting out what they had to do. The food was ready on
time and was delicious and I would have no hesitation in recommending Big Roast to future customers.
